Pune – In a remarkable display of skill and dedication, students trained by renowned karate champion Tej Pratap secured six medals at the Maharashtra State Sub-Junior Karate Championship held at Balewadi Stadium, Pune.

Among the young achievers were Samarth Hegde, Devyanshi Sahu, Yuvaan Puri, and Raghvee, each winning a gold medal. Sarth took home silver, while Samruddhi earned bronze, marking a standout achievement for the ISKO India organization, which topped the competition’s medal tally with six awards.

Tej Pratap, who has trained for over a decade and has a decorated career in karate, attributed this success to the relentless dedication of his young students, aged between 6 and 9. He thanked ISKO India Director Shihan Ashok Vetal for his invaluable support, as well as the parents who have encouraged and supported the young athletes.
