Man arrested after driving SUV onto railway tracks for social media reel in Jaipur; video goes viral
A man was arrested on Monday for driving his Mahindra Thar onto railway tracks in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It’s reported that he was drunk and had taken his SUV onto the tracks to film a social media reel. His vehicle became stuck when he noticed a goods train approaching and tried to move it off the tracks. The loco pilot was able to stop the train in time, so no one was hurt in the incident.
A video of the incident went viral, showing him attempting to shift the car with assistance from bystanders and nearby police officers. After some help, he managed to reverse the car about 20-30 meters to get back on the road but ended up hitting three people in the process. The police pursued him, arrested him, and confiscated the vehicle.

In a different incident in September, a man, his wife, and their three-year-old son tragically lost their lives after being struck by a passenger train in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, while they were filming a video on the railway tracks.
