Yashvardhan is set to make his debut in an extraordinary love story helmed by National Award-winning director Sai Rajesh, according to reports.
Yashvardhan Ahuja, born on March 1, 1997, in Mumbai, is the son of the celebrated Bollywood actor Govinda and his wife, Sunita Ahuja. He has an older sister, Tina Ahuja, who is also involved in the film industry as an actress.
In April 2024, Yashvardhan captured considerable online attention with his remarkable dance performance, highlighting his talent and charm. This display not only earned him accolades from netizens but also increased excitement surrounding his forthcoming debut in Bollywood.
Talking about the film, under the directorial guidance of Sai Rajesh, the team is committed to producing a unique and heartfelt music drama. Yashvardhan has completed a year-long course in filmmaking and acting at the Met Film School in London, which provided him with a robust foundation in the cinematic arts.
To enhance his practical knowledge of the industry, he served as an assistant director for producer Sajid Nadiadwala, participating in the production of films such as “Dishoom,” “Kick 2,” and “Tadap.”
“The untitled love story will bring the second generation of Govinda’s legacy to the big screen. Yashvardhan auditioned for the part and bagged it based on the merits. The film will be helmed by Sai Rajesh and produced by Madhu Mantena with Allu Aravind and SKN Films,” says a source related to the movie.
