A joint meeting was organized by the Federation of Chakan Industries and the GST Department at Stanley Black & Decker on December 24, 2024. The meeting aimed to resolve GST-related issues and discuss challenges faced by industries.
The meeting focused on the GST Amnesty Scheme and provided guidance on resolving pending cases and addressing grievances related to GST. Satish Pawar from Stanley Black & Decker welcomed the attendees, while Shri Rajendra Kurhade, Join Commissioner, GST, State Tax, provided in-depth guidance. Shri Sanjeev Patil, Additional Commissioner, State Tax, also offered valuable insights.
The meeting was attended by representatives from various companies. Dilip Batwal, Secretary, Federation of Chakan Industries, expressed gratitude to all participants. During the meeting, representatives from several companies raised their queries, which were addressed by the GST Department. Discussions were also held to resolve pending cases, and it was decided to work towards creating a fear-free environment for tax compliance in the future.
