The ‘Copy Mukt Abhiyaan’ initiative fosters an environment where students can demonstrate their true capabilities without fearing unfair competition.

By implementing this campaign, the MSBSHSE sends a strong message about the importance of ethical behavior in education.

New Measures Introduced in ‘Copy Mukt Abhiyaan’

  • There will be enhanced monitoring at sensitive exam locations using drone cameras, with implementation overseen by district authorities.
  • The district administration is tasked with ensuring that all necessary facilities at the exam center are ready a day before the examination.
  • Video surveillance will be set up outside the exam centers to keep track of the proceedings.
  • Special teams, including mobile and stationary inspection units, will be deployed at all exam centers with the assistance of government officials and district staff.
  • Additionally, facial recognition technology will be utilized to confirm the identities of exam supervisors, invigilators, and other personnel involved in the examination process.
  • The Maharashtra Prevention of Malpractices Act, 1982, will be enforced, and any malpractice detected will result in legal actions, including non-bailable offenses.
  • Xerox centers located within a 500-meter radius of the exam center will be shut down.
  • Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code will be enforced in the vicinity of the exam centers.

Note:

Please be aware that these measures may be altered based on the directives from the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, the Education Ministry, and the Government of India.
