Pune: Earn ₹5,000 Per Month Through Internship; Apply For PM Internship Scheme By March 12
Pune: The Prime Minister’s Internship Scheme, launched last year to enhance employability among Indian youth through internships, has opened applications for its second phase. Interested candidates can apply until March 12.
The first phase of the scheme was successfully completed in October 2024. In this phase, various companies across India have joined, offering over 1 lakh internship opportunities.
Eligible candidates include those aged 21-24 with an annual family income below ₹8 lakh, who have completed 10th, 12th, ITI, diploma, or graduation. However, postgraduate students, full-time students, those benefiting from other apprenticeship schemes, and employed individuals are not eligible.
Applicants must register at https://pminternship.mca.gov.in and can apply to a maximum of three companies. Selected interns will receive ₹5,000 per month for 12 months, along with a one-time payment of ₹6,000.
