She highlighted how women often put themselves last and stressed the importance of maintaining health, particularly after the age of 50. Citing research, she explained that women lose muscle mass, bone density, and mobility as they age, making regular exercise essential.

‘Leg Days Are My Favorite’

At 61, Nita Ambani remains committed to her fitness. “Leg days are my favorite. I have the strong legs of a dancer. I have been practicing Bharatanatyam since I was six years old, but I like to mix it up. Each day, I focus on different muscle groups—legs, upper body, and back. I work out 5-6 days a week,” she said.

Her routine includes mobility exercises, yoga, core strengthening, swimming, aqua workouts, and even dancing. She also ensures she walks 5,000-7,000 steps daily.
