Pune International Airport has officially commenced its summer flight schedule (summer schedule) from Sunday, March 30. Under the new schedule, the airport will handle between 104 to 109 departing flights daily, with an equal number of incoming flights. This expansion aims to facilitate travelers heading to cooler destinations during the summer vacation period.

As every year, aviation authorities have made special arrangements for the summer season. With school exams concluding, vacationers often prefer traveling to cooler regions. Previously, delays and other inconveniences in air travel caused disruptions for passengers. To address these issues, Pune Airport’s management has revised the schedule to ensure a smoother travel experience.

According to the Airports Authority of India, adjustments have been made to the winter schedule to accommodate the summer timetable. Previously, Pune Airport handled approximately 90 departing and 90 arriving flights daily, totaling around 180 flights per day. Under the summer schedule, this number has increased to 204 flights daily, comprising 104 outbound and 104 inbound flights.
