Puch AI’s CEO launches a viral remote internship drive with roles in AI engineering and growth, open to candidates without formal qualifications.

A unique internship opportunity from Puch AI has set social media abuzz, offering stipends of up to ₹2 lakh per month without requiring a degree. Even high school students can apply.

Siddharth Bhatia, co-founder and CEO of Puch AI, announced the initiative on X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn, inviting applications for two positions, AI Engineer and “Growth Magician.” The internships are fully remote, enabling candidates from anywhere in India to participate.

The application process is unconventional. Interested individuals are asked to comment directly on Bhatia’s LinkedIn post, stating why they should be chosen and what excites them about working at Puch AI. “No DMs, please,” Bhatia emphasised in his post. He also added an incentive for referrals — if someone tags a candidate who gets hired, the referrer wins an iPhone.

In addition, Puch AI is organising a hackathon. Winners will secure internship offers, while participants who finish in the top 10 will earn a direct interview with the company’s founders.

The lucrative pay and inclusive eligibility have generated massive interest online. Bhatia’s post has already received close to 1,000 likes and over 500 comments, with eager applicants pitching their skills in the comments section. The campaign not only attracted a flood of applications but also showcased how creative outreach can connect startups with fresh talent.
