Pune: Dynamic Grandeur Society In Undri Marks Independence Day With Tree Plantation Drive
Pune, August 16, 2025: Residents of Dynamic Grandeur Esstentia E Wing Society in Undri celebrated Independence Day with a meaningful initiative by organizing a Tree Plantation Drive within the premises. Society members came together to plant saplings, reinforcing their commitment to a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future.
Over 79 trees were planted by Dynamic Grandeur Esstentia E wing residents to celebrate 79th Independence Day. The programme was organised by Anand Bhandari, secretary of Dynamic Grandeur Esstentia E wing, Undri.
The drive highlighted the many benefits of tree plantation, including improving air quality, reducing pollution, preventing soil erosion, supporting biodiversity, and creating a peaceful environment that contributes to mental well-being.
Speaking on the occasion, society secretary Chetan Chavan, along with residents Sanjay Nandwani, Anand Bhandari, Suyesh Pathak, Keith Bruton, Manish Mukul, Manoj Kumar, Avinash Kumar, Sumit Sharma, Uttam Dongre, Sagar Pambre, Sunil Kadam, Ram Dodmani, Sanjay Todkar, Yazdani Sheikh, Sumit Agarwal and Ranjeet Hegiste, expressed that the plantation drive marks the beginning of their long-term mission to protect nature.
“Every tree planted today is a gift for our future generations,” they emphasized, underlining the importance of community-driven environmental initiatives.
