The event, organised by the Balewadi Welfare Federation, was held at Elite Empire Society, Balewadi.

Key Highlights of the Session

Executive Engineer Nitin Thite, Additional Executive Engineer Umesh Karpe, and Assistant Engineer Somnath Pathade discussed several issues raised by residents, including:

  • Installation and benefits of Smart Meters

  • Faster complaint resolution on online platforms
  • Regular equipment maintenance and infrastructure upgrades

Thite assured that many power disruptions occur due to external factors like metro construction and local digging.
