Pune–Latur Special Train Announced for Diwali Season, Service from September 26 to November 28

Pune: To ease festive rush and provide relief to Marathwada citizens, the government has announced a special train service between Pune (Hadapsar) and Latur. The trains will operate from September 26 to November 28, covering the Diwali travel period.

Train Details:

Train No. 01429 (Latur to Hadapsar):

 Departure: 9:30 AM from Latur

 Stops: Harangul, Dharmapuri, Usmanabad,   Kurduwadi, Jeur, Daund

 Arrival: 3:30 PM at Hadapsar

 Service Days: Monday, Tuesday,   Wednesday, Friday

Train No. 01430 (Hadapsar to Latur):

  Departure: 4:05 PM from Hadapsar

 Service Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

The initiative has been welcomed as a much-needed facility for families, professionals, and students traveling during the festival. The Modi government’s move ensures safer, more convenient, and reliable transport connectivity for Marathwada residents.

Union Minister Raosaheb Danve emphasized that this special service will significantly reduce passenger inconvenience during the festive season.
