Woman Accuses Blinkit Delivery Agent of Inappropriate Touch in Viral Video, Says She’s ‘Afraid to File FIR’
A disturbing video shared on X (formerly Twitter) has gone viral, where a woman accused a Blinkit delivery driver of touching her inappropriately. The woman claimed that she had to hold the parcel in front of her chest to stop the delivery agent from touching her again.
She alleged that Blinkit did not act promptly on her complaint. “This is what happened with me today while ordering from Blinkit. The delivery guy asked for my address again and then touched me inappropriately. This is NOT acceptable. @letsblinkit please take strict action. #Harassment #Safety,” she wrote, adding, “Is women’s safety a joke in India?”
In another post, she explained, “He tried to touch me inappropriately, and I covered my chest with the parcel so that he couldn’t touch me again. I also have proof of him confirming my address, but I had to pretend it was my home so that he wouldn’t find my real address.”
The woman said she did not file a police complaint because doing so would inform her family about the incident, which she wanted to avoid.
Blinkit’s response:
According to the woman, Blinkit contacted her after she shared the video. “Blinkit has reached out, and I showed them the proof. They are terminating his contract and blocking him. That’s it!” she posted.
She further added that Blinkit initially did not believe her. “They said they would only give him a warning and teach him how to maintain distance from women. Only after I showed them proof did they take action. If I didn’t have proof, would they have ignored it?” she questioned.

The video shows a man in a Blinkit uniform handing a parcel to the woman and taking money from her. As he returns the change, he allegedly moves his hand toward her chest. The woman quickly reacts by holding the parcel in front of her to block him.
