Ingredients:

  • Mint leaves – ½ cup

  • Tea powder – as preferred

Preparation Method:

Lightly crush the mint, tulsi, ginger, peppercorns, cinnamon, and cloves using a mortar and pestle—just enough to release their aroma. Boil water in a pan and add this crushed mixture, allowing it to simmer slowly.

Once the water absorbs the flavors, stir in tea powder. If you prefer milk tea, add milk now and let it simmer for a few more minutes. Sweeten with sugar as desired. Finally, strain the tea into cups and enjoy the warm, aromatic brew.
