Pune News: PCMC Citizens Can Submit Objections On Draft Voter List Until November 22
Pimpri, November 14, 2025: Ahead of the scheduled general elections of the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), the draft voter lists will be published on November 14, 2025. Additional Commissioner Pradeep Jambhale Patil has instructed all designated officers and staff to strictly follow the Election Commission’s guidelines while processing any objections and suggestions received on these lists and to carry out their responsibilities diligently.
In line with the upcoming municipal elections, the draft voter lists of assembly constituencies within the PCMC limits have been divided ward-wise and will be made public on November 14, 2025. Citizens can submit their objections and suggestions on the draft lists between November 14 and November 22, 2025. To facilitate this, offices in areas A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, as well as a central desk at the Savitribai Phule Sabhagrah, will be operational to receive submissions.
Officials and staff assigned for this task were briefed today at the Savitribai Phule Sabhagrah about the process and nature of the work. Additional Commissioner Jambhale Patil provided guidance during the session. Key attendees included Deputy Election Officer Sachin Pawar, Smart City Joint CEO Kiranraj Yadav, Assistant Director Urban Planning Prashant Shimpi, Chief Information & Technology Officer Vijay Borude, Dr. Pradeep Thengle, Rajesh Agale, Sitaram Bahure, Assistant Commissioner Rajiv Ghule, Kiran Kumar More, Special Officer Kiran Gaikwad, Administration Officer Sangita Bangar, Office Superintendent Ramesh Yadav, along with all regional officers and staff assigned to the task.
During the briefing, officials were instructed to strictly follow the state Election Commission’s guidelines while accepting objections and suggestions and to ensure that hearings on these submissions are conducted systematically.
Objections and suggestions will be accepted at the nearest ward offices or the dedicated desk at Savitribai Phule Sabhagrah from November 14 to 21, 2025, between 9:45 AM and 6:15 PM, including public holidays. On November 22, 2025, submissions will be accepted until 3:00 PM.
