Pune: Massive Fire Breaks Out at Ramesh Dying Shop in Sadashiv Peth, Five Fire Tenders Rushed to Spot
Pune, December 9, 2025 — A major fire broke out at the Ramesh Dying shop located in the densely populated Sadashiv Peth area on Monday, triggering panic among residents and shopkeepers in the vicinity.
According to preliminary information, the flames rapidly spread from the shop to the terrace area, creating a thick plume of smoke visible from several adjoining lanes. The sudden blaze caused chaos as people rushed to safety.
The Pune Fire Brigade deployed five fire tenders to the scene and began firefighting operations to bring the situation under control. Firefighters are currently working to douse the flames and prevent the fire from spreading to adjacent structures.
As of now, the exact cause of the fire remains unknown, and officials have not reported any injuries. Further investigation is underway
