Veteran screenwriter Salim Khan has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai. The reason for his hospitalisation has not been officially disclosed, and further details about his health are awaited.

His son, actor Salman Khan, was spotted at the hospital earlier in the day. The The Battle of Galwan actor was photographed leaving the premises dressed in a simple black T-shirt and cap, accompanied by security personnel. He did not interact with the media.

As of now, the Khan family has not released any formal statement regarding the veteran writer’s condition. Fans and members of the film fraternity have taken to social media to express concern and wish him a speedy recovery. At 90, Salim Khan remains one of the most respected and influential screenwriters in Hindi cinema.
