Pimpri, March 26, 2026: Acting on repeated directives from Police Commissioner Vinay Kumar Choubey to take strict legal action against illegal prostitution activities operating under the guise of hotels, massage parlours, and spas, the Pimpri-Chinchwad Police carried out a major raid in the city.

Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Dr. Shivaji Pawar and Assistant Commissioner of Police (Crime-1) Dr. Vishal Hire, the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit led by Senior Police Inspector Nitin Gite conducted a raid on March 25, 2026, at around 4:28 PM.
