During hot weather, the body loses fluids rapidly, leading to dehydration. Replenishing water is essential, but consuming extremely cold water can interfere with the body’s natural balance.

Drinking chilled water may lead to common health issues such as cold, cough, throat irritation, and headaches. It can also slow down the digestive system, causing stomach discomfort and reduced efficiency in digestion. Over time, this may impact metabolism and even contribute to weight-related concerns.
