RT-PCR test at Pune Airport to cost Rs 1600

With the Maharashtra state government announcing new standard operating procedures for air, rail and road travellers making it mandatory for travellers coming from Goa, Gujarat, New Delhi NCR and Rajasthan to carry a negative test report of RT-PCR test. The airport authorities are all set with all precautionary measures.
The Pune airport authority on its twitter handle today, November 24, 2020 informed that RT-PCR test facility is available at the Pune airport and shall cost Rs 1600 inclusive of GST for the travellers who fail to provide negative test report of Covid19.

The airport authority informed that testing facility is being set up at the Pune airport too. This test report shall be checked at arrival and departure of air travel at the airport. Also no cash shall be accepted at the airport but only card and wallet payments shall be accepted.
When Pune Pulse spoke to the airport authority in Pune, Director Kuldeep Singh, he said “The traveller seeking help in RT-PCR TEST at the airport can avail the facility at the Pune airport counter which starts from tomorrow, November 25. The traveller shall be sent his report via email and incase if he is found positive and PMC shall take the necessary action for further medical treatment.”
