Lucknow, August 7 – The Vande Bharat Express, running between Gorakhpur and Lucknow, is grappling with a new challenge: the intrusion of video and reel creators who are tampering with the train’s coaches.

The train, celebrated for its modern amenities and speed, has become a magnet for content creators, but their activities are causing disruptions. Railway authorities have responded by issuing fines to violators.

Since its inaugural run on July 9, the Vande Bharat Express has attracted a surge of YouTubers and reel makers, who often obstruct regular passengers. The train halts at Charbagh station for approximately nine hours during its route, providing ample opportunity for these creators to board and document their experiences.

These individuals record and share videos highlighting both positive and negative aspects of the train journey. Disturbingly, they even document encounters with security personnel who attempt to prevent their activities, further exacerbating the situation.

To address this issue, the Charbagh Railway Administration has initiated fines, charging individuals without platform tickets for station entry. Fifteen individuals have been fined five hundred rupees each so far. The Northern Railway Administration has also appealed to these content creators for cooperation in ensuring a smooth and disruption-free experience for all passengers.

While the Vande Bharat Express’s popularity among content creators is evident, the challenge lies in striking a balance between capturing moments and respecting the train’s operation and fellow passengers. As railway authorities take measures to curb these disruptions, the focus remains on maintaining the train’s reputation for efficiency and comfort.
