Pune District Co-operative Housing and Apartment Federation to hold Redevelopment Expo, Housing Society And Sustainable City Exhibition

Pune: The Pune District Co-operative Housing and Apartment Federation Ltd has announced the inaugural ‘Redevelopment Expo’ and ‘Housing Society and Sustainable City’ exhibition.
The event will take place from October 27 to 29 at the Ganesh Kala Kendra in Swargate, Pune. Admission is free for all attendees.
The event will start from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for three days and welcomes housing societies and their members who aspire to enhance daily operations and overall efficiency.
A key feature of the expo is its specialized focus on housing society redevelopment. Distinguished experts from the federation and project management consultants will provide essential guidance to members of redevelopment housing societies.
The objective is to facilitate seamless transitions and improve living conditions. The exhibition will also feature hands-on demonstrations by various companies, covering essential appliances and software apps for the day-to-day management of housing societies.
Another significant aspect of the event is the participation of municipal corporations and collaborating companies, who will share best practices for waste management. Specifically, attendees can learn about converting garbage to compost and discover effective waste and sewage treatment methods suitable for housing societies.
Furthermore, participating banks will collaborate with Housing Society officials to simplify access to financial resources for community housing projects.
