Pune : Residents of Kalyani Nagar are in distress due to the issue of open urination happening persistently near Cerebrum IT Park.

Speaking to Pune Pulse, Rachna Agarwal, a resident of Kalyani Nagar, said, “It’s become a mess. There is no patrolling from the PMC against the open urination issue. It’s been nearly 1 to 1.5 years since we are facing this issue. It’s becoming worse.”

Yasmin Charania, a resident of Kalyani Nagar said, “It’s not just about open urination & bad hygiene, but also about indecent exposure. Imagine living across such a place where people do such things day in & day out. While you are sipping a cup of coffee or chilling on your balcony & you see such things happening, how that would feel to you. If they are working in the Cerebrum IT Park, they can easily go to the toilets in the company. It puts a question mark on people’s ethics, culture, morality, civic sense etc.”
