MLA Madhuri Misal gives Rs 20 lakh to buy ventilators; urges PMC to start oxygen supply to ESIC hospital in Bibvewadi

Parvati constituency Member of Legislative Assembly and senior BJP leader Madhuri Misal gives Rs 20 lakh from her development funds to buy ventilators for the newly established Covid Care facility at ESIC hospital in Bibvewadi.
She also stated that in order to run the facility with its full force, the oxygen supply to the facility must be provided at the earliest which can be beneficial to the critical patients fighting against Covid19.

She said, ‘The second wave of Covid19 has been dangerous. Patients are finding it difficult to get beds. ESIC hospital has 100 beds out of which 90 beds are equipped for oxygen while 10 ventilator beds. But due to the shortage of oxygen, only 30 patients are being treated at the moment. If oxygen supply is regulated, more 70 patients can be treated.’
