Pune News : PMPML to celebrate ‘Pravasi Din’ on every second and fourth Friday 

The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML) is going to celebrate ‘Pravasi Din’ (Passenger Day) on 12^th January (Friday) from 3 pm to 5 pm in all PMPML depots.

As per further information from PMPML, in order to provide good, prompt and reliable bus services to the passengers on various routes and stands within the operating area of PMPML and it is necessary to take immediate notice of the problems/complaints faced by the passengers regarding the bus service and resolve those problems and complaints.

Hence, ‘Passenger Day’ is being celebrated in all the depots on the second and fourth Friday of every month so that the PMPML receives suggestions of the passengers for quality and passenger-oriented bus service. The Pravasi Din event will be celebrated by every PMPML depot on 12th January 2024 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

On the occasion of ‘Pravasi Din’, officers will be present in each PMPML depot. Also, those passengers who due to their daily work, due to lack of time are not able to come to the depot to lodge complaints or suggestions, can submit their objections, suggestions etc at PMPML bus stands and pass centers.

Hence, the PMPML is appealing to all citizens to participate in the ‘Pravasi Din’ activity organized by the PMPML.
