UPSC Civil Services Exam 2024: Apply Now for 1,056 Vacancies
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has recently announced the details of how to apply for the UPSC Civil Services Exam for the year 2024.

The total number of positions available is approximately 1,056, out of which 40 vacancies are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD). The PwBD category includes candidates with blindness, low vision, deafness, hard of hearing, locomotor disability, cerebral palsy, leprosy, dwarfism, acid attack victims, and muscular dystrophy.
The Civil Services Exam has two stages:
Prelims and Mains. Prelims are objective-type questions to shortlist candidates for the main round, which includes a written examination and interviews. To be eligible, candidates must be Indian citizens for certain services. The deadline for application submission is February 21 at 6 pm.
Candidates must be between 21 and 32 years old as of August 1, 2023. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates. A graduate degree from a recognized university is a must.
