Kumar Sublime To Host Monthly Sahakar Darbar To Tackle Issues Through Pune District Co-operative Housing Societies and Apartments Federation Ltd
Kumar sublime cooperative housing society located in Kondwa khurdh Pune , is a member of Pune district co-operative housing societies and apartments federation limited (PDCHSAF). The society was awarded as Sahakar darbar and document sale center of the Federation (PDCHSAF).
The inauguration of sahakar darbar was held on Sunday 9th June 2024 in society’s club house .The society’s management committee under the leadership of Chairman Shabbir Sayyed hosted this grand event successfully. The event was inaugurated by Suhas Patwardhan Chairman Maharashtra and Pune district cooperative housing societies and apartments federation limited. Subhash Karnik-Vice chairman, Manisha Koshti Secretary, Charuhas Kulkarni-Treasurer, Advocate Vasantrao Karjatkar-Expert directorand twenty federation directors graced this inaugural event.
Over 100 office bearers of various society management committees from the vicinity attended the event. Avelino Noronha Secretary of the society and Director of federation coordinated the entire event and showcased society’s achievement during society tour winning the hearts and appreciation of the members present.
Tree plantation was done at the hands of Federation Chairman, Vice chairman, directors, Editor Pune Pulse Renuka Suryavanshi, Aparna Wanawidkar, Prajakta Petkar.
On the occasion of 50th Year of federation, 50 women office bearers of various socities were felicitated with certificate and Tulshi plant. It was notable that women office bearers from Moshi,Baner,Hadapsar,Kondwa participated in this event.
Sahakar Darbar certificates were presented to Kumar sublime management committee .Certificate was also presented to Renuka Suryanwanshi –Editor Pune pulse Newspaper and News portal for its association with PDCHSAF as Media Partner. Meritorious Students and sponsors of the event Vaccifire, Shiv facility services, Cleantech enviro engineering and Saraswat bank were also felicitated on this occasion.
This sahakar darbar and document sale center will serve as federation free legal advice center as friend, Philosopher and guide for society’s .It will help spread the cooperative governance movement for transparent, honest, legal society management.
