Pune Metro Phase 2 to Begin: Expert Consultant to Oversee Project Implementation
Pune Metro has officially launched a tender for appointing Detailed Design Consultancy Services for the eagerly anticipated Line 2A and Line 2B extensions. The extensions include 2 elevated stations from Vanaz to Chandani Chowk on Line 2A and 11 elevated stations from Ramwadi to Wagholi on Line 2B. However, the commencement of work is subject to final approvals from both the State and Central Governments.
The tender, valid for 48 months from the date of the Letter of Award (LOA), allows interested parties to download documents from the Maha-Metro e-tender portal. The downloading window spans from 16:00 PM on July 19, 2024, to 16:00 PM on August 11, 2024. A non-refundable fee of INR 23,600, inclusive of GST, is payable through e-payment methods such as Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
Queries from bidders must be submitted via email to [email protected] or in hard copy to the office of ED (Procurement) before the Pre-Bid meeting on July 26, 2024, at 11:00 AM. The Bid Security or Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required amounts to INR 4,54,300 and should be furnished according to the specified format in the tender document.
Micro & Small Enterprises (MSES) registered agencies are exempt from submitting the EMD but must provide a valid Certificate of registration as MSES and a Bid Securing Declaration.
Online submissions are accepted until 16:00 hrs on August 11, 2024, on the Maha-Metro e-tender portal. Post this, bids will be opened on August 12, 2024, after 16:30 hrs at the Procurement Department, Executive Director’s office in Pune.
