Restrictions on Aerial Activities in Pune District: Orders Issued by District Collector

In light of President Droupadi Murmu’s upcoming visit to Pune, District Collector Dr. Suhas Divase has issued orders to restrict various aerial activities to ensure the safety of VIPs and maintain law and order. From midnight on July 28 to midnight on July 29, activities such as paragliding, hot air balloon safaris, drone flying, and microlight airplanes will be prohibited in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, and rural Pune district.
The order also states that legal action will be taken against individuals who violate these restrictions under Section 223 of the Indian Penal Code 2023.
