Several festivities such as Christmas & New Year celebrations have come due to which a lot of people plan to go out. Hence, due to a lot of vehicles plying, traffic congestions/issues may occur at Mumbai-Pune expressway. In the backdrop of this, the Highway Traffic Police, Maharashtra, have urged citizens to plan out their travel & drive safely on the Mumbai-Pune expressway.
As per further information from the X handle of Highway Traffic Police, Maharashtra “There has been a significant increase in the number of vehicles on the Mumbai Pune Expressway due to three day holiday from December 23 to 25, as well as holidays for schools and colleges. Hence, citizens are requested to check the traffic situation on the expressway and start their journey accordingly.”
