This initiative, part of the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY), offers cashless medical treatment worth up to ₹5 lakh annually, with no income restrictions.

  • Free Hospitalisation: Senior citizens can access cashless treatment in empanelled public and private hospitals without financial stress.
  • Universal Eligibility: The scheme is open to all seniors aged 70+, regardless of income level or socio-economic background.

How to Enroll

  1. Download the Ayushman app from the Google Play Store.
  2. Log in as a beneficiary using your mobile number and CAPTCHA.
  3. Authenticate via OTP and complete the e-KYC process.
  4. Add details of family members aged 70 or above and capture their photo.
  5. Download the Ayushman Vaya Vandana Card.
