Art teacher spreads social messages through calligraphy
Art teacher of Jadavbai Dugad school in Kondhwa’s Bhaguji Shikhare was recently given a certificate of appreciation by Anti Corona Task Force.
In the lockdown everything was shut. But his creativity did not let him sit idle. He decided to do things what he was best at. He painted various social messages through calligraphy. He created several such messages which were then taken up by Hadapsar and Manpada police station and many other organisations.
Commenting about his initiative he said, “I used marker pen, cutnib pen and sketch pen to draw these creatives using calligraphy. ” He further said his creatives drew a lot of appreciation from many and became widely popular. The creatives were bold and powerful which gave strong messages of self care, caring for others too. He further informed that 60 such creatives have been made till now and once schools reopen we shall hold an exhibition too. I have used old calendar pages to draw these creatives. I urge to people that people should care for themselves and society too by observing health care measures issues by government.
