Baner Electric bus depot inaugurated
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 6 inaugurated the Baner Electric Bus Depot. After the inauguration ceremony, PMPML had an internal function to flag off the buses from the Baner Electric Bus Depot.
All the dignitaries, PMPML’S Chief Managing Director Hon. Shri. Laxminarayan Mishra (IAS), Joint Managing Director Dr. Chetana Kerure , Additional Municipal Commissioner of Pune Ravindra Binawade (IAS) and Additional Municipal Commisioner of Pune Dr. Kunal Khemnar ( IAS) graced the event by performing the inauguration rituals, followed by the ribbon cutting ceremony.
They then waved the green flag to mark the start of the Green Revolution at the Pure Electric Baner Depot. Also, the delegates along with other representatives then took a bus ride marking the 1st official journey from Baner E-Depot.
Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal looks forward to serving all the citizens of Pune, Pimpri and Chinchwad through the Baner Electric Bus Depot.
