The Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) have extended the registration deadline for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 to September 20, giving candidates additional time to apply. Aspirants can complete their registration on the official CAT website (iimcat.ac.in) until 5 PM on the new deadline date.
The exam is scheduled for November 24, 2024, and will be conducted across 170 cities in India. The application fee is set at ₹2,500 for general category candidates and ₹1,250 for reserved categories (SC/ST/PwD). Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) to be eligible for the exam.
