Pune: Two female technicians employed by the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) were locked for almost two hours by two men from Deccan due to power cuts resulting from unpaid electricity bills.

As per the information provided, the incident involves the leaving of dogs on the women. An FIR was registered in this case, and the court rejected the bail plea of the accused, a government employee named Lalit Bode of Saraswati Apartments, Prabhat Road, Deccan. As per the information provided, the presiding judge, VD Nimbalkar, rejected Bode’s application. 

It is worthy to note that the incident occurred on September 27 at approximately 3:30 p.m. The senior technician, aged 35, lodged a complaint with the Deccan police station.

As per the information received, the women had gone to collect an outstanding electricity bill. As per the information received, Bode and his wife allegedly used abusive language and left their dogs on the women.

The complaint further alleges that Bode obstructed government work by confining the women on a staircase. As a result, the accused Bode was arrested.
