Donate blood to help needy patients, urged Abdul Sattar

Covid19 pandemic has caused much havoc mainly for Medical patients who suffered due to non availability of blood. But, as the restrictions are lifted the time has come to support such medical patients by donating blood.
Abdul Sattar, state minister for revenue, rural development, ports and special assistance in a blood donation program held in Kondhwa today on January 10,2021.
Sattar was speaking at the inaugural function which saw attendance of MLA Chetan Tupe, Hadapsar constituency, Ex MLA Mahadev Babar, Kari Mohamad Idris, former standing committee member Raees Shaikh, Allhad Ibrahim, Usman Tamboli, Nadim Muzawar, Sassoon hospital Dean Dr Murlidhar Tambe and many others.
Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray had informed that lack of blood supply affected many patients in need. Hence our CM Uddhav Thackeray had urged citizens to donate blood to needy patients. Similarly such appeals were also made by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and health minister Rajesh Tope.

The blood donation camp was organised by Kari Mohamad Idris and Asakin Jamiyat Ulma Pune City. It also had eye check up camp for the residents of Kondhwa.
Chetan Tupe, MLA, Hadapsar constituency said, “It is indeed a great initiative taken to.help patients in need. Covid19 pandemic has taken a huge toll on many patients who.were suffering from other ailments and needed blood. But with such blood camps I am sure that patients will get blood at the right time. I thank the organisers for holding such an important program.”
