E – installation of Rotary Interact Club held at Anglo Urdu Boys High School
Anglo Urdu Boys’ School held their E-Installation of Rotary Interact club for the year 2020-2021. Safura Khan appointed as a new president of the club. The new Board of Directors took an oath to continue to serve the community and its interact activities. President of Rotary Club of Pune Central Ajay Dubey, Safa Shaikh (outgoing President of interact club), Ajay Chitnis, Munawar Peerbhoy, Noorjahan Kazi, Dr. Kazi, Dr. Sadhana Lacha, Asmita Patil, Vanita Bajaj, Uday Dharmadhikari, Parveen Z Shaikh (Principal AUBHS), Interact teachers of AUBHS and Interactors were present. Principal Parveen Z. Shaikh welcomed guests.
This club had conducted various programs which included visit to the Blind School at Koregaon Park, Tribal Museum, Aga Khan Palace and Kamayani Prashikshan & Sanshodhan Society. The interactors of AUBHS spent quality time with the mentally challenged students of Kamayani and handed over bags to them which were purchased from the money raised from their fund raising programme. The new president Safura Khan has already begun the interact activities with online debate and mask making project.
