Sheena Anand, Mihir Rajurkar and Vivek Nair, city based young restaurateurs in this tough situation did a commendable job of providing around 850 meals thrice a day for 65 days to doctors and other medical staff working at the Sassoon hospital.

Sheena Anand is a resident of Bramha Majestic society.  Describing the  humungous task of supplying meals to the frontline health workers, Sheena said, “After the first junta curfew, everything had shut down. Our restaurant in Hinjawadi had also closed. We received a call seeking help to provide meals to the medical staff at Sassoon hospital. We had just 24 hours in my hand to begin the Kitchen. It was a tough task to gather kitchen material in the lockdown period when everything was closed. But somehow with God’s grace everything sorted out. And we were able to deliver 850 meals from breakfast, lunch and dinner.”
