Housing societies should avail the facilities provided by govt

An informative session was held by Advocate Radhikesh Uttarwar and Advocate Shriniwas Shirgaonkar in association with Pune Pulse Newspaper on Sunday January 10, 2021 at the Green Valley society in Wanowrie.

The program saw presence of Deputy Registrar Dr R S Dhondkar and Santosh Shirsetwar from the cooperative housing department of the state government of Zone 4 of Pune city.

This session saw attendance of over 50 citizens, mainly representatives of the neighbouring societies from NIBM road, Mohammadwadi, Kondhwa, Parge Nagar, Sopanbaug, etc.

The program saw detailed discussions on various issues pertaining to dconveyance deed, formation of society, recovery of dues from defaulters, NA tax, incomplete hand over process of the society, and many important issues of the society, builder and members. Advocate Radhikesh Uttarwar and Dr R Dhondkar answered answer all the queries raised by the society representatives and provided them with the required information.

Dhondkar in his speech stated that the initiative launched by the state government is to facilitate the process of conveyance and societies should avail it. Also, if need arises societies can definitely connect with us on any matter at our office.

Advocate Radhikesh Uttarwar while addressing the questions raised hy the participants stated that there is solution for every problem and problems related to Societies can definitely be resolved by consulting the right people. We have been blessed to have such learned and experienced officials who have always been helpful.

The programme was hosted at Green Valley society and the organisers of the event are grateful to the Veer, chairman and Secretary Avro Chatterjee for hosting this programme.
