The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has announced the fifth edition of its popular Shri Ramayana Yatra train tour. Starting July 25, 2025, this 17-day spiritual journey will take devotees across more than 30 sacred destinations connected to Lord Ram’s life. Bookings are now open on the official IRCTC website.
Ramayana Yatra Begins From Delhi on July 25
The journey will commence from Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station and will cover iconic sites such as Ayodhya’s Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Temple, Hanuman Garhi, and Ram Ki Paidi. Other key stops include Nandigram, Sitamarhi, Janakpur, Buxar, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Chitrakoot, Nashik, Hampi, and Rameshwaram.
Travel in Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC Tourist Train
Passengers will travel aboard the Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC Tourist Train, designed to offer comfort and modern facilities during long spiritual tours. The train features two onboard restaurants, a modern kitchen, shower cubicles, sensor-based restrooms, and even a foot massager.
