Maha Yuti Rallies Support in Chinchwad for Shankar Jagtap’s Victory
Chinchwad, October 26, 2024 – In a bid to secure a decisive victory for the Maha Yuti (Grand Alliance) candidate, Shankar Jagtap, Gujarat MLA Rakesh Shah urged a strong focus on empowering each booth across the constituency. Shah emphasized working towards a 51% voter turnout at every booth, with particular attention on areas with historically lower participation.
A strategic gathering was held at Mahalaxmi Lawns, Pimple Gurav, which brought together key officials, Shakti Kendra leaders, booth chiefs, and workers from the Rahatani-Sangvi Mandal. The primary goal was to craft a winning approach for Shankar Jagtap, who represents the alliance of BJP, Shiv Sena, Nationalist Congress Party, and RPI (Athawale).
During the meeting, attendees were directed to highlight the development work achieved in Pimpri-Chinchwad and the Chinchwad Assembly constituency under the leadership of late MLA Laxman Jagtap, MLA Ashwini Jagtap, and Shankar Jagtap. Furthermore, they were encouraged to promote welfare initiatives like the Jan Dhan Yojana, Ladki Behna Yojana, Free Gas Cylinder Scheme, Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, Shravan Bal Yojana, and PM Kisan Nidhi Yojana, all aimed at reaching ordinary citizens through efforts by the central government and the Maha Yuti alliance.
Among those in attendance were Rahatani-Sangvi Mandal President Sandeep Nakhate, former corporators Babasaheb Tribhuvan, Savita Khule, Sagar Angholkar, Amarnath Kamble, Santosh Kamble, and Vaishali Jawalkar.
