The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has extended the deadlines for the centralized admission process of several vocational courses under the Department of Technical Education and Higher Education. The extension provides students additional time to complete their admissions and document verification.
For MBA and MMS courses, which began on July 12, the admission deadline has been extended from July 22 to 5 p.m. on July 27. Document verification has also been extended to July 28. Similarly, the deadlines for Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and MCA Lateral Entry courses have been moved to July 27 for admissions, with document scrutiny extended to July 28. The provisional merit list for MCA Lateral Entry will be published on July 30, and students can raise objections from July 31 to August 2. The final merit list will be released on August 4.
For M.E., M.Tech., and Post Graduate Vocational Technical Courses in Architecture (M.Arch.) and Pharmacy (Practice), the admission deadline has been extended to 5 p.m. on July 25, with the e-scrutiny period running until July 26. The provisional merit list for these courses will be published on July 28, with the final merit lists scheduled for August 2.
The deadline for Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) courses is now set for July 25 at 11:59 p.m., with document verification extending to 5:30 p.m. on July 26. The verification center will operate from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily, excluding July 21.
Additionally, the CET Cell has extended the admission deadlines for B.Ed., M.P.Ed., and M.Ed. courses to July 28. For LLB (three years) degree courses, the final deadline is today, July 24, following an extension from July 20.
Online registration for Master’s Degree Vocational Technical Course in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (M-HMCT) will be available until 5 p.m. on July 27, with document verification extending to July 28. The deadlines for B.E., B.Tech. (Undergraduate), and M.Tech. (Five Years Integrated) courses have been extended to July 24 for online registration and July 25 for document verification. The provisional merit list for these courses will be released on July 27, with the final merit list available on August 2.
These extensions aim to accommodate students and ensure a smooth admission process across various courses.
