The districts of Palghar, Thane, Mumbai, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Pune, Kolhapur, and Satara are likely to see thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and heavy to very heavy rainfall in the coming days.
The persistent heavy rains have been a recurring feature across Maharashtra in recent weeks, and this trend is expected to continue.
Additionally, isolated places in Konkan might witness very heavy rainfall today. In Central Maharashtra, particularly in the Ghats region, scattered heavy showers are also forecasted.
