Major Accident : Speeding Bus Overturns at Rajur Ghat Due to Brake Failure, 10 Passengers Injured
On the 25th of July, a State Transport (ST) bus carrying 56 passengers met with an accident near Rajur Ghat as a result of brake failure.
According to available information, the bus with registration number MH 06 S 8375 was en route from Malkapur to Buldhana on the said date when it overturned at the starting point of Rajur Ghat while ascending the road. At the time of the incident, there were 56 passengers onboard. The mishap caused minor injuries to around 10 passengers, who were immediately taken to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Authorities are currently investigating the incident, and further details on the cause of the brake failure and any additional factors contributing to the accident will likely be released once the investigation is completed.
