MLA Siddharth Shirole conducts review of Old Mumbai-Pune highway & Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar road in Khadki

Shivajinagar MLA Siddharth Shirole conducted a comprehensive review, along with PMC, of the Old Mumbai-Pune highway & Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Road in Khadki.

As per further information from MLA Siddharth Shirole “Conducted a comprehensive review meeting with Additional Commissioner of PMC Vikas Dhakne, and senior officials to address the issues concerning the Old Mumbai Pune Highway and Bharat Ratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Road in Khadki.”

“During the meeting, we discussed the widening of the Old Mumbai Pune Highway road, with plans to commence work on the next section beyond Jai Hind Talkies shortly. There was a constructive discussion regarding converting Bharat Ratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Road into a two-way road, with the administration assuring that the transition will be completed within the next 15 days”, Shirole added.

Shirole further continued “I am diligently monitoring progress on this matter and remain committed to providing relief to the citizens and commuters expeditiously. A follow-up review meeting is scheduled for March 12 to ensure timely implementation of these changes.”
