The arrest of Krishna Ravi Maheskar, a 24-year-old habitual offender with over 22 pending cases of housebreaking in Mumbai, has raised eyebrows as investigations revealed his mother’s alleged involvement in his criminal activities.

According to police officials, Maheskar’s mother, Vijeta Maheskar, aged 50, reportedly played a significant role in facilitating his crimes by administering drugs to him before each burglary and disposing of the stolen items.

Residing in the Kalachowki area of central Mumbai, the mother-son duo’s collaboration in criminal activities has stunned law enforcement. Despite Krishna Maheskar’s arrest, Vijeta Maheskar remains at large. Police efforts to apprehend her are ongoing.

It’s noteworthy that Krishna Maheskar would allegedly resume his burglary spree immediately after being released on bail for prior criminal charges. In this latest incident, he was apprehended in the Agripada area. Further investigation into the matter is currently underway.
