Now pay Rs 100 to visit Sinhagad fort by PMPML’S E bus

Pune: With E-bus service commencing at Singhad fort, visitors will now have to shell out Rs 100 for a to and fro journey at the Sinhagad fort from Monday, May 2.

The inauguration of e bus service was conducted by deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar via online mode from Police Parade ground, Shivaji nagar, where he was present for the flag hoisting ceremony on the occasion of Maharashtra day on Sunday.

“The inauguration was held on Sunday May 1 and from Monday May 2 regular buses will be in service. Visitors can park their vehicle at Golewadi and take a bus to reach the top of Singhad road. No private vehicles will be allowed on the fort,” said Rahul Patil, deputy conservator of forests, Pune forest department division.

How to avail E bus facility at Sinhagad fort ?

Four buses will be available between 6 am to 7 pm at the starting point of the Singhad fort. Private vehicles will be only allowed till the starting point.

For the age group from 3 to 12 tickets will be Rs 50 for to and fro service while for above 12 year the tickets rate will be Rs 100.
