Passenger documents troubling flight experience on Air India, Watch Video
Akul Dhingra, an Instagram user, recently shared a disturbing experience he had while travelling from New York to Delhi on an Air India flight. Dhingra encountered several issues during the journey, including a broken headphone jack and a malfunctioning sliding table.
Taking to Instagram, Dhingra posted a video documenting the problems he faced aboard the flight. In the video, he showcased damaged seats with scratches, broken headphone jacks, and dysfunctional sliding tables. He also highlighted the in-flight entertainment system, which was not functioning properly.
In the caption of his post, Dhingra expressed his disappointment, describing his Air India flight from New York to Delhi as a “disaster.” Despite encountering these challenges, he mentioned that the quality of the food was decent and satisfying.
