Pune: 50-year-old man attacked with Iron road at Kothrud; probe on
A 50-year-old man from Kothrud has filed a police complaint against two unidentified individuals. One of them attacked him with an iron rod after he confronted them about taking a cupboard in the society lift. This incident occurred on October 25 in the parking area of F building in Kapadipuram Society, and the first information report (FIR) was registered on October 26.
The victim, Shailesh Mohan Wadekar, sustained serious injuries from the attack. According to police reports, a heated argument took place between the accused before the attack occurred.
The case has been registered under sections 118 (1), 115 (2), 352, and 3(5) of the BNS against the two individuals. As of now, no arrests have been made, according to the police.
