Pune: FIR Registered Against Two Kalyani Nagar Eateries For Operating Without Mandatory Permissions
Pune, June 13, 2025: A horrifying incident has come to light from Bharatgaon village in Daund taluka, Pune district, where a woman was allegedly forced by her husband into sexual relationships with his three friends. The crime reportedly continued for over two years before the survivor gathered the courage to file a police complaint.
According to officials from the Yavat Police Station, the accused husband threatened his wife with death and coerced her into non-consensual acts with his friends. Despite her protests, the woman was allegedly beaten and abused both physically and mentally. The three friends also repeatedly sexually assaulted her with the husband’s knowledge and consent.
The abuse reportedly began in 2023, when the woman was first threatened by her husband and forcibly pushed into a relationship with his friends. Over the next two years, she endured constant sexual and emotional torture. Unable to tolerate the trauma further, the survivor finally approached the police.
Based on her statement, the Yavat Police have arrested the husband and his three accomplices under charges of rape, criminal intimidation, and criminal conspiracy. Further investigation is ongoing.
